Students will
attend morning
masses at 8:15AM
according to the
following schedule:
Mondays-grade 5,
Tuesdays-grade 2,
Thursdays-grade 3,
Fridays- grades 1 &
4.
No School Monday,

Invitation to
Serve on the St.
Bernadette School
Advisory Board
The St.
Bernadette School
Advisory Board will
have 1 opening for a
board position for
the 2010-2013 terms.
Board positions are
open to parish
members and to the
parents of children
receiving their
education at St.
Bernadette School.
All regular meetings
of the Board are
held the first
Monday of the month
at 6:00 p.m. –
September through
May in the teacher’s
lounge of the
school. This
position will begin
with the September
meeting. The School
Advisory Board
functions as an
advisory body to the
Principal and Pastor
whose purpose is to
assist in developing
and defining the
policies which
govern the operation
of the school (i.e.
planning,
determining the
budget and tuition
rates, etc.). The
committee is
composed of 7
members, who serve
staggered 3 year
terms. New to the
board this year are
Matt Neighbor and
Will Sharp.
Returning for the
2010-2011 school
year are Zack DeLeon,
Jason Leach, Rick
Maynard, and Sheryl
Meyers. If you are
interested in
serving on the
board, please submit
a letter of intent
to the school
office. If you have
any questions or
would like
additional
information please
contact Pam
Eltringham or Jason
Leach.
Last call for the
Uniform Exchange
in the school
hallway!!– please
help yourself to the
gently-used uniform
items. Anything left
after 9/3 will be
donated to St.
Vincent DePaul.

workshop required
for all school
volunteers is
offered at many
locations throughout

that “Saint”
will be spelled

tee-shirt – it
was just a typo
on the order
form!! (Note:
blue embroidery
on blue shirts
is not a typo –
it’s dark
stitching on a
light blue
shirt).
