Parents' Right to Know — Section 1111(h)
- Parents may request information regarding the professional qualifications of their student's classroom teachers.
- Lancaster City Schools and St. Bernadette School must provide timely notice to parents of students in Title I-served schools if their child has been assigned to be taught, or has been taught for four or more consecutive weeks, by a teacher who is not Highly Qualified, and must provide information on the level of achievement of the parent's child in each of the state academic assessments.
